Group Fitness Schedule

Boot Camp Class:  A challenging class that combines traditional calisthenics with

strength and interval training; this military inspired workout will

burn some serious calories!

Tuesday- Thursday- 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Mat works- All Levels:  A fusion of Yoga and Pilates designed to

strengthen your core, relieve stress and improve your range of motion. 

 Tuesday & Thursday- 9:10 AM – 9:50 AM

Forever FIT- (55+ Age Group):  Stay active in this comprehensive class combining

low impact cardiovascular training with muscle strengthening

exercises using hand weights, tubing and other props.  

Exercises to improve range of motion, balance and coordination also included.

Tuesday & Thursday- 2:00 PM – 2:40 PM

Power Yoga: This class begins with vigorous,

energizing poses to get the body warmed up, and then

moves into deeper stretches and relaxation  featuring longer holds of poses.

Monday-5:30 -6:40 PM

Core & More:  Build core stability as you strengthen and tone your abs,

back and lower body, as well as improving overall posture. This class will include

some Pilates as well as strengthening exercises for the upper body.

Wednesday- 6:15-7:00 PM (note new start time effective 11/28/12)

Zumba: Dance your way to fitness with an exhilirating, effective,

easy to follow, Latin inspired, calorie burning dance fitness party that's

moving millions of people toward joy and health.

Wednesday - 5:30 - 6:15 PM

Core Conditioning:  A short but effective class that targets the entire core including

abs, glutes, low and mid-back 

Saturday- 8:15 AM - 9:00 AM

Instructor: Kirsten

 

Kick Boxing:  A challenging class that incorporates various kicks,

punches and footwork with aerobic movement. 

Burn calories while building strength, endurance and agility. 

Saturday- 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Iron Yoga & Pilates Fusion:  Light hand weights are added to Yoga poses and Pilates

to lengthen muscles and improve core strength and overall muscular balance
